What Are CHIN-SU Bouillon Granules?

CHIN-SU Bouillon Granules are concentrated seasoning powders that bring a balanced, naturally sweet depth to broths, sauces, and everyday dishes. They work as a fast base for soups and broths, a direct seasoning for stir-fries and braises, and a dry rub for proteins. No prep work is required.

The Lobster Bouillon Granules use lobster powder as the primary flavor component, combined with salt, sugar, and kombu. The lobster flavor adds a rich, seafood-forward depth to broths and sauces, building naturally into the dish rather than announcing itself as an additive. 

The Shiitake and Kombu Granules take a plant-based path, combining shiitake mushroom extract, kombu seaweed extract, dried shiitake mushroom powder, palm oil, and garlic powder. Shiitake and kombu rank among the prized umami ingredients in Asian cooking. Together in one granule format, they produce a light, golden-brown broth with a gentle mushroom aroma and a clean, sweet finish.

How to Use CHIN-SU Granules?

The standard ratio is 3 teaspoons (21g) per 1 liter (33.8 fl oz) of water for soups and broths. Adjust up or down from there based on how concentrated you want the flavor.

For soups and broths, dissolve 3 teaspoons (21g) directly in 1 liter (33.8 fl oz) of hot water. The granules dissolve without stirring required. For braises and slow-cooked dishes, use 2 teaspoons (14g) per 1 pound (500g) of meat or fish. The granules absorb into the braising liquid and build flavor over the cooking time.

For stir-fries, sprinkle 1 teaspoon (7g) directly over 1 pound (500g) of vegetables or protein and toss at high heat. The granules coat the ingredients and season as they cook.

Both variants also work as a dry seasoning. Sprinkle directly onto ingredients before roasting or grilling, or stir into sauces and dressings for a quick umami boost without adding liquid volume.
